SUGARCANE- THE POWER FOOD

 I went this winter at my farm house and it was the first time I stayed there in this time of the year. It was lovely scene, watching dewdrops sitting over plants and crops and smoke like mist covering everything. The best part was SUGARCANE, being a sweet enthusiast I can literally eat anything that is sweet. Being real honest last time I had sugarcane stick was in 2013 I guess and having such delightful thing was wow, it is addicting but before becoming an addict I wanted to know what's inside it and how eating it will affect my body, I was afraid of calories coming from sugar, but what I found out was amazing.
